Random Moments of Delight #7: The Gift of Music

My random moment happened when I watched this video and listened to the music.

I don’t know about you, but I had tears streaming down my face as I listened and watched this delightful video. I felt such enjoyment seeing the surprise and wonder those shoppers had as they realized something special was happening. I understood the passion of the performers as one by one they joined in the song. I’ve been an actress and singer and recognized the delight they were having in the moment.

Even now as I watch the video for the third time, I have tears in my eyes. Is it just me? Or would you feel amazement at hearing such beautiful music coming from the produce aisle?

I’d love to hear your random moments of delight. This challenge (or rather non-challenge) is about sharing special moments  with each other each week (read here for more info). Please put a link back here, in your post, so others may take part if they wish.

I would like to be in a public place where something like that happens too! What fun. I’m sure I’d be like so many of the shoppers in the video and get out my phone for pics first thing. 😉

I don’t consider that self-referring! I consider it conversation. How fun!!!!! Music is such a powerful force. Happy Sunday!

That’s amazing, made me tingle. I would love to be in a shop and for that happen. It made me really smile when the man in the yellow jacket started punching his hand forwards he was getting so enthusiastic.

I have a voice clip I wanted to share today, but its in a AIFF Format Sound (.aiff) format and absolutely not idea how to transfer that on to wordpress, going to have to do some research to see if possible, hehe, hugs

Awesome!!!!! I hate to just immediately self-refer here, but yesterday I was in Bristol Farms and the local high school symphony was playing in the seated eating area . . . it was astoundingly beautiful and a TOTAL surprise. Shoppers were coming by in hoarded and praising them. So nice to see the smiles that beautiful music brings!

Meghan this was really great – what talent and skill! and kind of fun how they all got back into character at the end – but the cheering of the crowd gets ya – thanks for sharing. 🙂 ❤

oh and check out this video – it is also from a London supermarket, but it involves dancing with customers

I'd love to hear from you!
